The Shell Graduate Programme
Joining the Technical area of the Shell Graduate Programme you'll experience two to three years of structured learning in a technical discipline. You'll be introduced to Shell’s corporate processes and governance, and you'll find out how you can make an impact, learning on the job from some of the industry’s most experienced health and safety professionals. From day one, you'll be part of our global Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) team. Roles and responsibilities
You'll experience working in HSSE roles such as Technical Safety Engineer, Real Estate HSE Advisor and Regulatory Advisor, and have a significant impact on the full spectrum of Shell’s ongoing operations. You could find yourself involved in activities such as:
- Ensuring safety is integrated into all aspects of Shell’s business
- Managing environmental risks in ecologically sensitive regions
- Addressing stakeholders’ needs and concerns regarding business objectives
